Through two days of intense training our tech team worked on building a cohesive unit for implementing the use of technology throughout our district. Most of our members did not fully understand their role on this tech team. Only a couple of our team members were involved with the district technology plan writing and had an understanding of the grant objectives.

Day 1:
As we began to put things in perspecive, the framework of our district technology team became clear and the realization that we had a lot of work to do became evident. Most of our staff can be classified as novice in their abilities. We as a tech team began to plan our attack on the "Technology Twilight Zone" that makes up our staff's apprehension to technology.

Day 2:
Day two began with more hands-on exercises. The tech team discussed and exercised dditional strategies on how to implement and intergrate technology into our classrooms. Next we reviewed the overview of expectations for the rest of the TIFTECH training modules. Finally, the team and the ESC 14 personel evaluated and reflected on our TIF training.
